Objective The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is searching for potential vendors to supply Space Qualified Gallium Nitride RF HEMTS Microelectronic Circuits to the lab to support future research and development efforts. Requested Information NRL requests manufacturers or suppliers of Space Qualified Gallium Nitride RF HEMTS Microelectronic Circuits to submit a response to this RFI, containing the information listed: Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) Telephone Number, Address and e-mail address of POC Company Cage Code and DUNS number Indicate your Business Size under NAICS 334413 Indicate if your company is a manufacturer or an authorized reseller Indicate the country of manufacture/orgin for the circuits Provide technical specification documents for the circuits, with information demonstrating that circuits are space qualified. Provide catalog pricing for the circuits if available. Please note pricing is for market research only, and it will not be evaluated. Indicate if the circuits have been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; or have been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public or in the commercial marketplace.
