Any information submitted by the respondents to this announcement is strictly voluntary. The Government will not return submitted responses to the responders. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if the Government decides to issue a RFP. If a solicitation is release, the Government will synopsize the requirement on the Government-Wide Point of Entry (GPE). It is the responsibility of potential Offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Objective The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is searching for potential sources with the capability to perform the requirements set forth in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW), entitled “Research & Development (R&D) Support for Chemical/Materials and Sensors/Systems Development”. NRL anticipates awarding a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Term Type contract to support this requirement. This requirement is a recompete of the effort currently supported by Contract N00173-17-C-2005. The draft Statement of Work document is attached with this announcement. Requested Information and Response Format: NRL requests that potential sources with the capability to fulfill the SOW requirements to submit a response containing the information listed. Capabilities statement and relevant company and personnel experience to support the technical performance requirements listed in the draft SOW. Listing of current/past contracts supporting requirements of similar scope and complexity. Respondents should limit its response to no more than 10 pages.
