The updated Combined Synopsis-Sol clarifying this is attached. 2 - Provide Answers to Questions received: Question 1: If our company has completed the annual representation and certification electronically in SAM is it OK for us to just complete paragraph (b) from the FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Feb 2021), Alternate I (OCT 2014) section in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document or we need to complete paragraphs (b) through (v) regardless of whether we have completed the annual representations and certification in SAM?
