The purpose of this update is to incorporate the attached Q&A document. ----- The Naval Research Laboratory is searching for potential sources that are capable of meeting the requirement described in the attached specifications for a Radio Frequency (RF) Continuous Wave (CW) X/Ku-Band High Power Amplifier that will be used as the transmitter in existing and new EW systems. CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information via email: Contact Information Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) Business Size/Socioeconomic Categories Unique Entity ID (DUNS) and Cage Code Technical Information Description of the product(s)/capabilities/resources relevant to the attached draft specifications Complete the attached Compliance Matrix Name of the company that manufactures the product/equipment for which specifications are provided (if other than the interested party submitting the response) If the interested party is the equipment manufacturer, a list of any authorized resellers of the equipment Suggested NAICS and PSC Codes for proposed solution Whether the proposed item would be considered a commercial item in accordance with FAR 2.101 Any questions/suggestions related to the specifications Responses should be emailed to the Contract Specialist at heather.dinsmore@nrl.navy.mil. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN)/Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited.
