N00173-20-RFI-BR02 Procurement Type: Sources Sought Title: Scalable Internet Simulator Special Notice: This announcement is not a formal Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available at this time. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for information and planning purposes only. Responses to this RFI are not quotes on which an order will be issued. The Government does not intend to award an order based solely on responses to this RFI. Further, the Government makes no commitment to issue an RFQ in response to this RFI. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with the development and submission of material in response to this RFI. However, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against NRL shall arise as a result of a response to this RFI or NRL’s use of such information either as part of our evaluation process or in developing specifications or work statements for any subsequent requirement. Objective: NRL is searching for potential sources capable of providing the items further described in Attachment 1. The intent of this RFI is to: Determine if an adequate number of qualified, interested contractors capable of meeting the Government’s need; and Determine the appropriate contract vehicle. NRL asks that the interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information: Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) Suggested NAICS Code Suggested PSC Code If your company is a GSA schedule contractor or approved on another Government contract vehicle. Questions for the Technical team regarding changes/suggestions to the draft specifications to add clarity.
