Material Description: The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the purchase of a Vector Network Analyzer, Brand Name to Keysight Technologies and its authorized resellers. All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the supplies outlined in the RFQ attachment and Salient Characterstics.
