Objective The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is searching for potential sources with the capability to perform the requirements set forth in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), entitled "Support for Chemical and Physical Materials and Systems Research and Development". NRL anticipates this effort will be performed on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee basis. The following documents are attached with this announcement: 1. Draft PWS 2. Personnel Position Description Requested Information and Response Format NRL requests potential sources with the capability to fulfill the requirements set forth in the draft PWS, to submit a response containing the information listed. 1.
