This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested but a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Washington, D.C. intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type contract for a turn-key strontium optical lattice clock laser system as described in Attachment 1 of this announcement. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, DPN 20161222, and NMCARS 13-14.
