The Department of the Navy, NSWCCD plans a competitive single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract with a five-year ordering period for Watercraft Industrial Support Detachment Norfolk (WISDN). The contractor must provide all management, personnel, materials, material support services, equipment, power, and facilities needed for marine boatyard and industrial repairs, maintenance, modernization, and overhaul of boats and craft from 1 to 100 feet. Work must be performed exclusively at the contractor’s local industrial facility, which must accommodate the full range of assigned vessels within the local operational area. Requirements will be executed through individual delivery orders. The solicitation and associated documents are expected to be released electronically in the PIEE Solicitation Module on or around 20 November 2026.
