The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), seeks services from software standards and technology advancements for data processing, storage, simulation/generation, and visualization to new software capabilities for Navy systems afloat and ashore. This requirement is a total small-business set-aside. The task order will be awarded under the SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Contract and will include Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee level-of-effort CLINs plus cost-only other direct cost CLINs for incidental materials and travel. The period of performance is five years, consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Attachments 02, 03, and 04 must be requested via email.
