The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division seeks scientific, engineering, and technical services for design, development, fabrication, integration, test, fleet implementation, and maintenance of Synthetic Signature Generation (SSG)-based simulation systems. Work includes installation and updates for five Navy fleet training system categories: Submarine Team, Navigation, Surface, Surveillance, and On-Board, plus engineering support to existing fleet onsite maintenance personnel and tactical testing/analysis for common simulation and tactical subsystems. The requirement is full-and-open competition and will be awarded as a single indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract using Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Level of Effort CLINs and Cost Only Other Direct Costs CLINs for incidental materials and travel. The contract period is three years and includes three one-year ordering periods.
