The Advanced Propulsor Management Office requires the manufacture and delivery of VCS Forward Subassemblies for VIRGINIA Class boats, along with procurement of advanced propulsor hardware and engineering services. The contract will be a combination of Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee and Firm-Fixed-Price. This is a sole-source procurement that will be awarded to BAE Systems Land and Armaments L.P. The sole-source solicitation is anticipated to be issued in February 2026.
