The Navy is issuing a Request for Information and hosting an Industry Day for Bangor Waterfront Operations (BWO) support services. Performance will be at NSWCCD Detachment Puget Sound, NBK Bangor, Silverdale, WA. The Industry Day is scheduled for September 3, 2026, with a site tour and presentation. Interested contractors are asked to review draft documents and provide feedback on the acquisition strategy, technical risks, and capabilities. Required services include RDT&E technical support, asset operations and maintenance (barges, small craft, cranes), and specialized services.
