The Navy is requesting industry feedback on a draft Statement of Work and personnel qualifications for Bangor Waterfront Operations (BWO) support. An Industry Day and site tour will be held on September 3, 2026, at NSWCCD Detachment Puget Sound, NBK Bangor, Silverdale, WA, with a limit of two visitors per company. The required services include RDTE technical support, asset operations and maintenance (barges, small craft, cranes), and specialized services. Interested parties are asked to complete a Market Research Questionnaire to provide input on the acquisition strategy, technical risks, and capabilities.
