The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to: (1) remove the sole source requirement since there authorized distributors for Bren-tronics Defense, (2) add small business set-aside to the requirement and (3) extend the solicitation response deadline to 10:00 AM EDT on Friday 22 August 2025 ______________________________________________________________________________________ Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Bren-tronics Defense LLC for MIL-PRF compliant Li6T Batteries on a Sole Source basis.
