The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for Applied Systems Engineering, Inc. (ASEI) to provide a Blanket Purchasing Agreement for evaluation and potential repair services to ASEI model traveling wave tube amplifiers (TWTA). The NAICS code is 811210 and the size standard is $34,000,000. The proposed BPA is being solicited brand name only with minimum specifications IAW included Min Specs document. Award will be based on lowest price, technically acceptable basis. The NSWCCD intends to award a BPA using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20250117. All questions will be answered via amendment to solicitation.
