The compliant service is available from small business vendors on the open market. The NAICS code is 332111 and the business size is 750 employees. The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a small business set-aside basis. The NSWCCD will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter that submits the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote in response to this solicitation that represent the best value to the Government. All questions will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation. Quote packages are due no later than March 10, 2025, at 15:00.
