The compliant service is available from small business vendors on the open market. The NAICS code is 541330 and the business size is $47 million. The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a small business set-aside basis. The NSWCCD will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter that submits the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote in response to this solicitation that represent the best value to the Government.
