Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined only one brand to be reasonably available. The Government intends to solicit for National Instruments (NI) Hardware as detailed in the attached solicitation. This solicitation is a brand name, small business set-aside (justification attached). All quote submissions shall include a letter or documentation showing the vendor is an authorized reseller/distributor of NI.
