The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Government intends to solicit with Precision Environments Inc. for the annual 17025 accredited certification of the M48 and Precision Laboratories to include one (1) base and two (2) option years of Temperature Test, Humidity Test, Pressure Test, Particulate Test, Lighting Level Test, Room sensor calibrations and HVAC Inspection, in accordance with attached PWS.
