ARD Bayview has a requirement to replace roll-up doors on two (2) buildings. The requirement is to replace the existing doors at the Main Facility, Building 51, and Wigwam Winch Facility, Building 46.... ARD Bayview has a requirement to replace roll-up doors on two (2) buildings. The requirement is to replace the existing doors at the Main Facility, Building 51, and Wigwam Winch Facility, Building 46. The goal of this effort is to remove the existing doors and install updated doors with electric openers. Upon completion, the contractor shall test, inspect and commission the doors complete and ready for use. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, and minor equipment to provide the desired services in accordance with the Statement of Work to replace two 12' x 16' roll up doors on Building 51 and two 5' x 10' sliding wood doors on Building 46 at Wigwam Winch Facility. Contractor shall install, test and inspect all doors prior to acceptance by the Government.
