The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for Crystal Instruments equipment and repair services Blanket Purchasing Agreement. The NAICS code is 334515 and the size standard is 750. The proposed purchase order is being solicited brand name only with minimum specifications IAW included Min Specs document. Award will be based on lowest price, technically acceptable basis. The NSWCCD intends to award a BPA using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-05 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20240627. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS. Questions/clarifications regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to steven.besanko@navy.mil no later than 1:00 PM EST 7/23/2024. All questions will be answered via amendment to solicitation. Interested parties may identify their interest to this requirement by submitting a capabilities statement no later than 1:00 PM EST 7/30/2024. All responses received by 1:00 PM EST 7/30/2024 will be considered by the Government. Late quotes will not be considered.
