The NAICS code is 238320 and the size standard is $19,000,000. The proposed purchase order is being solicited small business set aside with minimum specifications IAW included PWS and attached drawings. Award will be based on lowest price, technically acceptable basis. The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-03 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20240326. All questions will be answered via amendment to solicitation.
