The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for retirement and financial planning training courses Blanket Purchasing Agreement. The NAICS code is 611430 and the size standard is $15,000,000. The proposed purchase order is being solicited small business set aside with minimum specifications IAW included PWS. Award will be based on lowest price, technically acceptable basis. The NSWCCD intends to award a BPA using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-03 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20240326. All questions will be answered via amendment to solicitation.
