Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Qualisys North America, Inc. for the engineering, hardware, software, installation support, testing, and commissioning of a fully functional Underwater Motion Tracking System, as detailed in the attached solicitation.
