Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Code 653 intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the procurement of services to conduct environmental testing of a Navy Ultraviolet Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS). The contractor will be responsible for conducting shock and vibration testing on the Navy BWTS in accordance with MIL-DTL-901, MIL-STD-167-1, and MIL-STD-461.
