The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for non-welded aluminum composite impact protection system (CIPS) installations. The NAICS code is 332999 and the business size is 750 employees. The proposed action is for a blanket purchase agreement for CIPS installations, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate as a small business set-aside. The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NSWCCD will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter that submits the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote in response to this solicitation that represent the best value to the Government.
