The NAICS code is 333413 and the business size is 500 employees. The proposed purchase order is being solicited on the basis of full and open competition. The NSWCCD will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter that submits the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote in response to this solicitation that represent the best value to the Government.
