The compliant product is available from small business vendors on the open market. The NAICS code is 333923 and the business size is 1,250 employees. The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a small business set-aside basis. The NSWCCD will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter that submits the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote in response to this solicitation that represent the best value to the Government.
