Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a Firm-fixed price contract for the procurement of M241 Barge Preservation, Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance (PIRM) support services. M241 Barge is a unique waterborne asset designed to test various underwater resources as a Research, Development, Testing, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Platform. The anticipated M241 availability period is from 15 May 2023 through 31 July 2023. No Site visit will be provided for this Solicitation. Photos can be provided upon request.
