The proposed purchase orde... The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for an ISO storage container. The NAICS code is 332439 and the business size is 500 employees. The proposed purchase order is being solicited on the basis of a small business set-aside. The proposed action is for an ISO container, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one compliant product pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NSWCCD will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter that submits the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote in response to this solicitation that represent the best value to the Government. See 52.212-2- EVALUATION. Questions/clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than January 24, 2023 at 11:59AM. All questions will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation. Quote packages are due no later than February 2, 2023, at 12:00 AM.
