A Request for Proposal (RFP) N0016722R0027 is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) for the Hydrodynamic Shaping Material (HYSHMA) components for the Columbia and Virginia Class submarines. Offerors wishing to submit a proposal are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from the website and to frequently monitor the website for any amendments to the solicitation.
