Request for Proposal (RFP) N00167-22-R-0001 is hereby being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) for the COLUMBIA Tailcone requirements as detailed in the attached solicitation. Interested firms may view and/or download the solicitation, attachments, exhibits, and any amendments from this posting. All drawings attached within this solicitation are considered controlled documents and are only available to Contractors with an approved Joint Certification Program (JCP) DD Form 2345. Contractors must have a JCP clearance loaded into SAM.GOV and request access through SAM.GOV to be granted approval to view the documents. Please note, drawing requirements include non-commercial specifications and references to meet drawing requirements. Requests for the CLASSIFIED drawing referenced in the solicitation shall be made via e-mail to patricia.folts@navy.mil and jonathan.mauro@navy.mil. Proposals shall be submitted as an UNCLASSIFED documents in accordance with the proposal instructions and due date provided within the solicitation. It is the prospective Offeror’s responsibility to monitor the SAM website for changes to this notice, announcements, or amendments to the solicitation. Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to: 1. Extend the proposal due date from 19 January 2022 to 18 February 2022 at 12:00 PM EST. 2. Provide responses to questions from Industry. 3.
