Naval Surdface Warfare Center Carderock Division intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the procurement of the requirement below: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) has a requirement for maintenance of five (5) Harbor Security Boats (HSB) and associated trailers and equipment to include preventive maintenance (PM) and repair of defective and non-functioning equipment. Preventive maintenance and repairs required under this contract shall be performed offsite unless the repair is minor and can be performed on-site without interference in base operations. This includes one base year and an optional year for a total of 2 years of services.
