Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for teh following requirement: The Naval Weapons Station Earle, NJ, has a requirement for maintenance of four (4) Harbor Security Boats (HSBs) and five (5) Oil Spill Recovery (OSR) boats and associated trailers and equipment to include Preventative Maintenance (PM) and repair of non-functioning equipment. Preventative Maintenance and repairs required under this contract shall be performed off-site unless the repair is minor and can be performed on-site without interference in base operations.
