The NAICS code is 541330 and the size standard is $22,500,000. The proposed purchase order is being solicited small business set-aside with minimum specifications IAW performance work statement. Award will be based on lowest price, technically acceptable basis. The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-06 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20220623. All questions will be answered via amendment to solicitation.
