The proposed purch... The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for a large scale dilatometer and peripheries. The NAICS code is 334516 and the size standard is 1000. The proposed purchase order is being solicited as a small business set aside with minimum specifications. Award will be based on lowest price, technically acceptable basis. The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-05 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20220318. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS. Questions/clarifications regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to steven.besanko@navy.mil no later than 4/13/22 at 12PM. All questions will be answered via amendment to solicitation. Interested parties may identify their interest to this requirement by submitting a quote no later than 4/20/22 @ 12:00 PM. All responses received by 4/20/22 @ 12:00 PM will be considered by the Government. Late quotes will not be considered.
