NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Southwest Research Institute (SWRI) for the procurement of fire testing services to conduct a UL 2196 circuit integrity test of fire resistive cable on a Sole Source basis. This is to support NAVSEA's LPD FLT II - Task 2 Cable Sleeve Qualification Program. Please see attached Combined Synopsis and Solicitation and the Sole Source Justification for detail.
