NSWCCD intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the maintenance of four (4) Harbor Security Boats (HSB) and five (5) Oil Spill recovery (OSR) boats and associated trailers and equipment to include Preventive Maintenance (PM) and repair of non-functioning equipment located in Naval Weapons Station Earle, NJ, in accordance with the stated Performance Work Statement (PWS) in the solicitation.
