The NAICS code is... The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for Qty. 2 Torsion meters, 9300 clamp-on systems. These services can be provided by Honeywell Sensotec. The NAICS code is 334419 (750 # of employees). The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a sole-source basis to Honeywell Sensotec. The proposed action is for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to Sparton DeLeon Springs, LLC. Interested parties may identify their interest to this requirement by submitting a capabilities statement no later than 6 Sep 2019. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by 9/6/2019, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
