The following questions were submitted and the answers are below for clarification purposes: QUESTIONS: 1. #'s 2 & 3, filters, are these spin-on or cartridge type filters? 2. #'s 5 & 8, gaskets, we need more description as to what they are for. 3. The task list calls out replacing the block heater so we would need to know more about it. ANSWER: Please note that for questions 1 and 2, filters and gaskets, the government will provide these items. As stated in the SOW, these are among the government owned/provided property. For question 3, about the block heaters, we meant that the contractor shall inspect and find out whether they are in good working conditions. They do not need to be replaced at the moment. Please let me know whether we answered your questions and don't hesitate to call or email us if you need further clarification. The deadline to submit quotes has not changed.
