SYNTHETIC SIGNATURE GENERATION (SSG) SUPPORT SERVICES

Notice ID:N00167-26-SSG

NAVSEA’s Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a follow-on requirement for scientific, engineering, and technical services supporting design, development, fabrication, integration, test, fleet implementation, and maintenance of Synthetic Signature Generation (SSG)-based simulation systems. Draft SOW, personnel qualifications, Cyber Workforce Matrix, and a market research questionnaire are provided for industry review and comment to help the Government finalize its acquisition strategy, including small-business set-aside consideration. The anticipated strategy includes non-performance-based CPFF CLINs, cost-only CLINs for ODCs (materials/travel), best-value trade-off source selection, and a five-year period of performance with one 60-month ordering period. Current work is performed by Leidos, Inc. in Reston, VA. A related SSG RFP has been posted, but this notice is for sources-sought/market-research purposes only, will not result in an award, and does not commit the Government to pay for submitted information.
