The U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) requires a sole-source Phase IIA continuation effort to advance a Propeller-Driven Rotor (PDR) system. The contractor will mature the PDR flight controller to improve the damped oscillatory response observed in Phase I and will explore hardware-in-the-loop simulation. General support to NSWC personnel is also included. This effort builds on the prior Phase I feasibility demonstration.
