Request for Information (RFI): Electron Beam Welding Qualification

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research, not a solicitation for proposals or contract award. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is seeking responses from unqualified electron beam welding contractors interested in future qualification opportunities. Performance of services will be at the NSWCCD location in West Bethesda, Maryland. The anticipated award date for a subsequent Firm-Fixed-Price contract is the Fourth Quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. Interested parties must submit a cover page and a capability response not exceeding five pages.
