The Navy intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Lavender International for Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) Level II training. The contractor will provide 80 hours of on-site training for 12 individuals at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division. The curriculum must be identical to the standardized training used by NAVSEA Public Shipyards.
