The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division is conducting market research for Weight Handling Equipment (WHE) Program Services to identify capable commercial contractors and assess interest/capacity among small business socioeconomic categories, including SB, SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB. The effort also evaluates the feasibility of a competitive small business set-aside. This sources sought announcement is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute an RFP, IFB, or RFQ, nor does it commit the Government to award a contract or pay costs.
