Sources Sought Announcement Navy Occupational Dosimetry System (NODS) Anticipated Solicitation Number: TBD Agency: Department of the Navy Office: Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) This is a sources sought announcement in accordance with FAR 15.201 and in anticipation of a potential future procurement program. The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is conducting a Sources Sought to assess the ability of the market to provide a primary occupational dosimetry system that is capable of meeting the Navy’s Physical, Radiological and Environmental Requirements. The responses to this information request will inform stakeholders of the suitability of an active/passive dosimeter as the replacement for the current DT-702 TLD. The Government has provided an outline of the work anticipated to be completed under the expected NODS procurement as an attachment to this sources sought document. The anticipated contract type will be firm-fixed price. The intent of this notice is to inform industry of the Government's intented acquisition strategy; solicit feedback from industry; and determine capabilities of large and small business entities to satisfy the Government's requirement.
