This request for information is to identify potential sources that can provide engineering, technical, logistics, and program management support for the Commander, Submarine Force, Pacific Fleet (COMSUBPAC) Maritime Operations (N4) located in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Responses to this source sought will be used by NSWCCD to influence acquisition decisions which may include: use of sole source or competitive bid procurement process; small business set-aside (small business, large business, or small disadvantaged business) and which acquisition procedures are best suited for this procurement. How to respond to this request for information: Responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically via email to the primary point of contact at michael.peduto@navy.mil and must be received no later than Wednesday, 15 May 2019. (Note: The Government may still review and use late responses at its sole discretion). The page limit is 5 pages. Responses shall include: 1. Company name, website, and physical address, 2. Point of contact, phone number, and E-mail address, 3. Cage number (if applicable) and DUNS number. 4. Whether the company is a contractor underthe SeaPort Next Generation multiple award vehicle. 5. Company size e.g. small business, large business, or small disadvantaged business 6. Company capability statement to support the COMSUBPAC Support tasks and any possible exceptions to the requirements. This statement should include at a minimum the following: a. Experience supporting COMSUBPAC or similar commands, in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), submarine mission systems, Fly-by-wire systems, radiological management, and similar initiatives for the Department of Defense (DoD); provide examples. b.
