Title: Virginia-Class Hub Scoop Bars Description: Request for Proposal (RFP) N00167-19-R-0007 is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) for the fabrication of nickel aluminum bronze hub scoop bars for the Virginia-Class propulsor manufacturing program. The Government anticipates award of a Single Award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a performance period of five years. Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest price, technically acceptable proposal. The solicitation and associated references/attachments are available as attachments to this FBO website posting. The drawings referenced in this solicitation are ONLY available to contractors with an approved Joint Certification Program (JCP) DD Form 2345. Firms must be approved on https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/jcp/search.aspx. Offerors wishing to submit a proposal are responsible for downloading their own copy from the FBO website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the solicitation. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically-posted RFP and any associated amendments prior to the date and time identified for receipt of proposals may render the offeror's submission nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same. Offerors are solely responsible for all expenses or expenditures associated with submitting a response to this request.
