NSWC Crane Division is conducting market research via this RFI/sources sought for manufacturing multiple serpentine assembly variations for the AN/SPS-48E, and it intends to award a 5-year firm-fixed-price sole-source IDIQ follow-on to Loughmiller Tool and Design of Loogootee, Indiana. The anticipated period of performance is FY29–FY34, with the requirement associated with NSWC Crane, Crane, Indiana. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement of no more than 2 pages plus company/product literature for the government to consider in reevaluating the sole-source justification. Contractors must be SAM-registered and, for export-controlled technical data, JCP-certified, with unclassified responses submitted electronically to the listed NSWC Crane POCs.
