NSWC Crane has a requirement for training in paint application techniques for radome systems. The government intends a sole-source procurement with General Dynamics Mission Systems (CAGE 04DG4) under FAR Part 12 because the items are peculiar to one manufacturer. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, but the government retains discretion on whether to compete the requirement. Contractors must be registered in SAM, and offers should be emailed to trista.m.ray.civ@us.navy.mil. Amendments will be posted to SAM.gov, and interested vendors must monitor that site.
